Things are simple : If a CSM does this to a CCP customer, than I have several questions : What is CSM? What is CSM doing for me ? What is CCP doing to keep me paying for this game? Laugh at me? Is it true? So I pay CCP to laugh at me? I don't feel like laughing right now. But I can stop paying for my 8 accounts. That's all I can do.
Dear good sir of our space friend network of utmost understanding and reverence for e-honor. The CSM acts as a buffer zone for communications between CCP and the players and nothing more.
The mittani is not a white knight of the players, he is a diplomat. Diplomats KILL real people in the countries they are supposed to be representing and get away with it. Just sit on that for a bit, CCP is not beholden to making the situation any better. He's just another player and you got played.

One will rarely err if extreme actions be ascribed to vanity, ordinary actions to habit, and mean actions to fear. |

Fixed that for you And you'll all ******* vote Kelduum Revaan. The Spreadsheets in Space (SiS) candidate. You do know he got his entire corporation to vote for corporate interface UI issues during that crowdsourced voting thing a few months back, right? Not hybrid fixes. Not assault frigate fixes. Not fixes to any Flying in Space mechanics. Nope. He asked his large 1500 person corporation to vote for corporate UI fixes. Genius!
Whatever it takes to prove the legitimacy of the CSM has gone the way of the dodo right? But it does prove a point, at this juncture it would be better if we continued to get a high level of feedback and actual devs taking feedback from players rather than a narrow focus.
