while the caldari state and Galente fedration have not joined forces yet. there have been steps taken to bring these two together.
if a war between the minmatar and ammar where to break out. i do see the galente joining the fight on the side of the minmatar as they have a long standing distain for the practice of slavery by the majority of the ammarians.
i to see the state staying nutral how ever i see them supplying the galente and minmatar fleets and not being the war profiteers as most think.
my self i am a mercinary. while i hold distain for the stuffyness that the formal caldari state seems to be built on. i will heed any call that my people make. as long as it is along the lines of what i belive.

About that all out war theory. you leave out several other factions in this. theres also the khanid kingom. they surely would attack ammar. also dont forget sanshas nation. who knows what those true slaves can be capable of in such confusion and there is also the various pirates and rogue factions who undeniably have their own power. things could get intresting...
