For the people arriving late to this non-conversation:
- HUD (capacitor & shield/armour/hull readout) can be moved left/right by simply dragging
- HUD can be moved to the top/bottom of the screen with a right-click option
- Windows can be collapsed together using shift+drag
- Shift+dragging a pinned window will reposition any docked window group it was part of
- Dragging the tab of a collapsed window will put that window out of the collapsed window group

if your using old gear with small monitor it won't move cause screens to small but if you shrink the ui can move it some.
to bad you can't resize it.
for a game this old its just a shame they can't or haven't done more with ui customization. |

The targeting handle only appears when you have something targeted, at the top right of the first target, but it has a nasty habit of hiding under the left edge of the overview.
