As for additional Fighter types, my ideas would include stuff like:
-'Fighter-Bombers' (in lack of a better term, to avoid confusion with Stealth Bombers) that fire rather big warheads, but have to regularily return to the Carrier/Mothership to restock. (Woot, drones that actually use ammo that the ship has to provide.)
-Escorts, that are specially geared towards protecting other ships, meaning that they act on their own AI, intercept incoming missiles and/or drones and similiar stuff to protect the ships (or the convoy?) they are assigned to. Might be interesting to protect Freighters. (If Insta's get nerfed in some way, that is.)
-Stuff. There was more, but I forgot while I was writing the three posts above. -_-"

Gimme a ship that can deliver 5 HAC's with pilots via a jump in, plus some spare frigs in the hold and I'll be happy.
Its a bugged ship and its pre nerfed tbh tho -----------------------------------------------

Up the maint arry and ship bay size - Asap
Also a nice option would be to allow the pilots to anchor the capital ship in space (safe spot) and log.
While it is anchored corp/allaince members can see it on their overview as a warp to point and can change their fittings and ships (while anchored the capital ship and pilot will not dissapear from game but can log of and back on at will)
I would also consider letting carriers (the lil baby ones) jump to an ajasent system withought the need for a cyno field but require 95% cap and no agro timer but mother ships, dreads and titans should need one.

i know ccp likes to pre nerf new ships but they really went a bit far with these.
find it strange that carriers cant use stargates as there to big, and yet there the same size as a certain faction bs.
and while im im here can i ask that the advance drone interfacing skill gets seeded some time this year?
be nice when they get serenity up and running so they can start paying attention to tranq again

As for Carriers i would say this: Their size is somewhat 'small' as capital ships but i like them to be smaller than dreads. That make them more agile than dreads and that is nice.
They should not be able to carry BS's. that would be silly if you look at their size compared to BS's, but they should be able to carry ~800km3 as this count out BS's but make you fit more cruisers in it, might also be a good idea to double the corp hangar to 10km3, since it is a logistic ship and ammo/missiles/cap boosters/stront take a lot of room.
As most know strontium is a pain in the ass to supply to dreads in an effective manner, and since the carrier class most certanly is designed to protect dreads it should also be able to carry much more strontium to supply the dreads? hence corp hangar increase is required.
Motherships and Titans: I agree to all posts conserning their hitpoints and ability to tank. A dread can take more beating than a Titan? WTF This seriously gotta be fixed! Make those ships get 5-10x the hitponts they have today and a bonus to captal armor repairer.
And the mothership class should be the one to be able to supply BS's for the fleet. For the price you pay for it you expect it to carry 5-10x the number of BS's it is able to carry today. And make it bigger, much bigger.
To sum up: Carriers are cool today, but make cargo/ship maint a tad bigger. These ships give good bang-for-bucks 
Motherships and Titans...... make them worth their investement. They have a ridiculously low bang-for-bucks ratio and limited usage.

I'm not sure I see a reason for the prolonged "pre nerf" condition on these platforms to be as long as was the case with dreads.
Get this stuff in the game, in a usable, viable format. These are the new "toys" that keep your older, established, skilled players playing CCP. Why mess with them with all this prenerfg? Also, these toys are beacons of inspiration for many to aspire and keep their subs current in order to one day perhaps one one of the more moderately priced capital ships.

I look at the Carrier and Mothership and I don't exactly see them as carrying battleships. Frigates and MAYBE Cruisers on the Mothership. But not Battleships. It seems a little too much and out of character. Taleroth Scavenging - "Leave no can behind." |

Realistically, unless you got an army of Haulers at every jump point filled with feul, you wont be jumping fleets with you EVER. (Titan also have a crap jump range)
So much total ignorance on these forums, and whilst this isnt particuarly aimed at you Baun, i have been reading with avid interest the carrier debate over the several threads that have sprung up, and from the 1000 or so posters, maybe 2% actually have a fkin clue what they are talking about.
I hope that somehow CCP have the intelligence to weed out the knowledgable from the idiots.
And FFS CCP do something about this, these are the flagships Of Eve, the future of your game, and you are leaving them pre nerfed and in most cases fairly useless for too long. The Eve world should see capital ship vs capital ship fights every single day, the skills and isk are out in the game in abundance, but instead they are resigned to glorified haulers or worse, sit at safe helpers.

1 remove this ******* doomsday device we dont want a i win button 2 increese corphangarspace and shiphangar space by faktor 10 or more 3 bonus for titans one additional modul per level 4 special moduls to fit for highslots -jumpbrige -clonevalt -moduls and amo faktory -shipyard (maximal shipsize BS) -refining arry (so we can get finally our mobile refinery )
this would fit the titan role as a big mobile base not a pownage machine this ship has only logistical rolles and are not intendet to stay in the frontline
5 may some usefull spezial systems like a forcefield or somethink like that (i mean nothing offensive)
and allow frighter to "dock" at titans (interact whit the titan corporate hangar)
