i'm am tired of waiting! i filed a petition about 2 months ago along with a dozen follow up petitions and i have yet to hear a response. i had a GM contact you and still no response. i filed petitions thru the game, thru the web site... and still nothing. if you're a dev, just what am i paying for! i lost my entire stash of corp items in my hangar when i was ceo and only member of a corp, when i joined a new corp i lost it all! its been over 2 months! whats the deal here? i dont want to sound rude, but someone needs to smack and wake you guys up. go thru the logs of data, find where my stuff went, get my items back... its not that hard. this has to be the most unorganized support issue i have every dealt with. can you atleast contact me? can you atleast tell me what the deal is? can you atleast give me a time frame? i know the longer i sit and wait and wait... the more likely you guys will think the issue is over and move on... i have no choice but to post here with my disgust! please!

is odd. that you have filed dozens of petitions since you can have only 1 petition open at time.
I am not saying you don't. I just find it odd. did you keep civilised in your request? or was it full swear and rants and threats. you could also try a nicly worded request to support. they have helped me with several issues. also all my petitions done in professional manner have been answered with in at most 2 days. majority in less than 15 minutes.
I think you have left something out of the picture here. I also remem ber reading a similar incident in past and DEV's answered that person. that person didn't like the response given by DEV's. maybe this is you?
My alt hates me, I don't know why. he won't even talk to me anymore |

I get a kick out of these bandwagon whiners. One thing goes wrong in the game and since they see other morons whining about not getting answers from the DEV team, they join in and blame it on them. Same goes to the people who create their own post about something that is plastered all over the forums.
There is nothing wrong with the responce time with the customer service if you actually state the problem and how it came about. they find that FAR more useful than stupid ranting and flaming at them. ****ing the customer service team off will NOT, i repeat, will NOT get your problem solved.
I'm sure it against policy for the CS team to talk about petitions and such, but I would love to see what REALLY went wrong, did this goofball leave all his stuff in the CORPRATE HANGER when he left for greener pastures?
Whine all you want, it wont make things go faster. threaten to quit the game and all your gonna get from the people in these forums are a "shut up" or "can i have your stuff" (which comicly cant happen since you lost it all lol) since frankly, we dont give a flyin patoot on your whiny reasons. We like this game, we have no trouble with petitioning, we wont leave this game cuz some moron lost something due to his own fault.
go play solitare, i hear that is a safe game

afaik you get a warning message when you leave your Corp as CEO that it will be disbanded and all assetts will be sold off.
You have to actually press 'accept' before this happens. Perhaps you just clicked the button without reading what it'd do?
As all items belong to the Corp in a Corp hanger and not to the CEO (even if you are the only member), what did you think would happen when you left/disbanded the Corp? All items would mysteriously appear in your (the CEO) hanger..? Doesn't work that way.
I think you just lost all because you didn't know the effect of your action in leaving your Corp.

you guys are idiots... you're assuming crap. i was told by help channel and by the new corp i joined all my corp items would drop into my personal hangar... get with it guys, i'm tired of you thinking how much better you think you are... you go play solitaire you freak.
