same here.. a bad guy would assume thats to make ppl unable to cancel their accounts at the moment of anger due to the DB crash ..but I do not believe that they are doing this on purpose otherwise this game is gone by tomorrow..

..because I did not wanna resign at all. As stated, the corp was closed due to a bug in the UI. Cancelation (click "x") of the resign popup confirmation window was taken as an ok.
