A couple days ago I noticed that when my fellow corp member ganged me my shields jumped up 300 points. I didn't understand what had done that but after consulting with my fello corp member, we realized it was his defencive coordination skill that had boosted my sheilds.
I cannot find this, or other gang skills for sale anywhere, and I thought CCP added all the skills that you got when you were created to the market....
Has anyone seen anywhere to buy these gang skillz ?

Not all skills are in game to buy. That skill I believe is a skill that he got from his career choice or the path that he chose when he started his character. but I am not 100% sure.

The skills you are talking about are character creation skills only. Not on the market yet.
Afaik there are two special gang skills which come under the leadership skill section:
Defensive operations (Rank 2): +5% gang shield recharge rate per level if gang leader.
Escort Operations (Rank 2): +5% gang speed per level if gang leader.
Never heard of defensive coordination skill (+ shield hitpoints) but sounds good to me. |

Yeah one of my corp m8s has the one which increases your shields and the velocity increase gang skill. If you go have alook at the TTI-nexus or eve-db there some new gang skills :)

These skills have been tweaked and renamed recently:
Defensive Coodinator Rank(2)
+2% gang shield capacity per level
Flight Commander Rank(2)
+2% gang max velocity per level
+capacity seems more useful than the previous +recharge rate.

yup, the + to shield recharge was completely use less. The + to shield is far better.

Geo .. how did you get the skills?
I didn't think you could get more than 1 of them at character creation.

These skills will be released in the next patch. I'm quite sure of it because they can be found on Chaos now.

I got them both in Char creation, but since I knew nothing while creating it, I have no idea sorry to say

I got both on creation of the my Amarr Character and went through the Imperial Military Academy. Specialized in Command, this gives you both the Defensive Co-ord, and Flight Commander. From what I can tell you have to be in a gang to get the positive effects, and I havent been in one to test out the effects yet. Will have level 5 Defensive Co-ordinator next week . Hope this helps.
