One time to many...
... that SINC has been allowed to gatecamp.
... that SINC has tried to attack our home.
... that SINC has let down their so called allies.
Frankly, we are quite fed up with it. So, we are going to do something about it.
As of now, any corporation found next to SINC, will be a target, if you are in the same system as they are, and not fighting them, we will take for granted you are allied with them.
Any corporation found to be paying SINC, supplying SINC, or otherwise helping them in any way will be targeted as hostiles.
These last 2 weeks, SINC allies have found out just what it means to be SINC allies. We have seen it all before. SINC is simply trying to get cannonfodder to die for them and giving nothing in return.
4C system in Outer ring has been crowded with pirates, and wannabee pirates, as well as extorted corps. 4C system has seen lots of fights, and will see more. Until the day there is no more pirates, wannabee pirates or anything that resembles a hostile face there.
Make no mistake SINC, Evolution are coming for YOU.

We certainly hope that SINC will prove to be entertaining. Maybe entertaining enough to wake our hiberneting kin. We have high hopes for you SINC, seeing as you seem to regard yourselves very highly.

A lot of people have been calling us pirates. Towards this end I am taking it upon myself to explain the nuances of language and terminology to those who have decided to take an emotional approach to understanding logic.
Definition 1:

SINC attacked Fountain. Fountain is governed by the Fountain Alliance. Evolution is a part of the Fountain Alliance. Evolution go hunt down SINC where they hang out. Evolution states that everyone found NEXT TO SINC, operating BESIDE them, is a hostile. This is a very clear-cut logic. A large portion of registered corporations in EVE are "dummy companies". So do you think it's tactically viable to just ignore the alts in the scouts, just because some na´ve fools thought that it was unethical? Guess what, it isn't. If you are in a 0.0 system, EVERYONE is fair play. That's the logic of EVE. Until I had a cruiser, I didn't even think about entering 0.0 systems at all. Not to mention the aforementioned systems being declared WARZONES. Not pirate playground, but a warzone.
I'm just waiting for you people to complain about my use of Antimatter Hybrid Charges Uranium Projectile Rounds due to cancer risk. I line my ship with asbestos, and my cruiser cafeteria serves canned dogs with kitten sauce.

Well first off, I've made clear all along I have little respect for TTI. They are openly supporting/using pirate corps to some level or other.
To answer your 4 alternatives:
a) I fail to see what my numerical ability has to do with the point at all. Irrelevant.
b) Hardly, given it is the moral content of your words versus actions which I am commenting on.
c) I've never had any involvement with TTI to my knowledge, although I couldn't rule out buy/sell orders somewhere along the line. I am freelance and always have been. My position is as someone looking from the outside at the end results of the actions and statements of both your side and TTI's side in the Venal conflict.
d) I personally don't think so, but that sort of thing is always a matter of opinion.
To address your real points.
Firstly, I have always been clear that in my opinion the VA and the now NVA council is not democratic. For it to be democratic it would need to be elected by the residents of Venal: it was not and is not. Just because you use voting within your appointed board does not make it a democracy.
As for the abandonment of principles. As I understand it from your colleague, Athule, they have yet to even be ratified and hence as he admnitted there is no current definitive statement for the NVA position at this moment. Secondly I was refering to your own posts, which at the time of the NVA formation outrightly proclaimed your condemnation of piracy (despite your corp previously being quite happy to ally with pirate corps) and a very recent post in the thread you mentioned, in which you stated that if the majority position in the NVA was to allow piracy against neutrals in Venal then your corp would go along with it, even if it was against your own principles. That last is a significant drift from your original NVA statements and to me marks an abandonment of the, as yet unratified, Principles should such a thing be allowed to occur.

We must assume any corperation mining and trading quite happily alongside sin/rus/tor/etc in there home systems is infact hostile and so, we must kill them.

As harsh as these measures may seem. They are founded on the following tenets:
1. Sinc has and will use alternate characters and corporations to try and scout or do tasks as they get more desparate
2. Destruction and death is only to take place around Sinc prescence
3. Those present in a system that Sinc is also in are one of the following: completely clueless; Sinc alternates or allies. We give players the benefit of the doubt regarding cluelessness.
