Heh Stavros.......im in the same pod......
Trained it specifically cause i thought itd get me less CPU usage by weapons, and now its down to weapon mod cpu usage.....damn i dont use like 5 weapon mods, so that itd make a difference, but i damn use 5 weapons.........

having seen them in action before fountain became a closed shop i made my mind up then to always be on the opposite side of the universe from them. not because im a carebear but because i know i am not even close to their lvl of skill or tactics

Take the time to read the foooking comments before replying.... it still affects turrets on TQ and Chaos 1209... don't know about 1210.
Just another case of skill desc stating different than what the effects are.... for the time being.

I trained lvl4 for energy operations or something to prepare for this patch. I run a photonic and heard a nerf being applied. Then this morning I was going to top off weapons upgrades to help also, but now I changed to something else.
Nobody here cares about training that skill for only mod cpu savings of a couple, they want (and thought) it was for turrets based on the description.
I am just keeping my fingers crossed that the change will actually still be for turrets, and now an inclusion of weapon mods as a bonus.
CCP wouldn't actually penalize us for training a skill that does one thing, then change it to a stupid skill; now would they
I think it is just a mistake.....we shall see tomorrow....

I agree with Stav. I trained the damned skill up to lower the CPU requirements on my weapons damnit!
The skill will be fairly useless now that damage mods wont stack very well.
