What's the deal here, is it better to have a crap lvl4 agent who gives you a few RP less a day or a top notch lvl3 agent, is it just all about the RP or does the level count any?

Well...I think currently the more points is the better.
At least until they are reworked.

The formula in this case is irrelevant as I've already established that the new and 'upgraded' lvl4 agent gives me a few points less a day.
What I'm wondering is is there another factor that's level dependant that's not readily displayed with R&D agents?

That's another flaw in the system then, why would anyone upgrade to crappy lvl4 agents if there are no benefits to it?

There is also one more thing to consider...
I remember back in the early days of R&D agents that BPO handouts were to also be divided by regions... don't know if that's the way it was implemented though

Supposedly they should come from the corporation issuing a certain print, although that's not the case as I got an Ishkur print, a Roden make off of a CreoDron agent.
