They're locked without resolution. There is no agreement and no discussion. It's just a bunch of back and forth incendiary crap. It would be folly to think this will result in anything different but here's to hoping.

I'm not asking for free isk faucets - I'm asking for isk faucets that are commensurate with the obligations, investments, and risks associated with 0.0 when compared to similar activities in highsec. Also, I'm asking for a graduated scale for anoms for difficulty, isk/hr payout, and isk/skill investment.
