Can any1 tell me a good fit for this two ships?
Omen have a drone bay and a rocket launcer turret that i can fit. Is good to do?
I wait answer ^^

basically play to the ship's strenghts. omen has bonuses to turret damage, so it's a 'kill or be killed' setup ethos. maller is a damage tanker, so fit it this way.
for an omen i'd say 2 heavy 2 focused med pulse, nos, ab, 2 ew (if it's pvp), small rep, 3 HS (named or T2) and a 200 tungsten plate.
this is more a fleet setup, you can't survive for that long 1v1.
for a maller, med and small arm rep, some adaptive nanos, CPRs and a plate. you can usually fit 5 focused medium lasers on this no problem.

You'll be using these for level II missions and high sec ratting then?
Omen PvE setup:
4 x Focused Pulse (4 x Gamma M + 4 x Radio M in Cargo)
1 x Standard Launcher
10mn Afterburner
Webber
Cap Recharger
Med Armor Repper
3 x Energised armor resistance (Kin, Therm, Exp)
1 x Heatsink
3 x Small Drones
Hardly the best of loadouts but solid, flexible and easy to use.

3 small pulse = bad
should be 4 heavy pulse and if you can fit that then; 4 focused pulse
here is my pvp setup if i can remember corretly, at work atm
Maller setup:
------------------------------------
high:
4heavy pulse(best named tech2)
1 med nos
med:
AB, web, scram
low:
med armor rep, 200 plate, 3hardeners kin/exp/thermic, Reactor control unit if you need it
now pve
take out scrambler and add cap recharger
remove nos and put launchers if they fit
---------------------------------------------
Omen setup
-------------------------------------------
i prefer this ship cause i personally prefer more dmg
high:
4 heavy pulse, 1 nos
med:
AB, web, scram
low:
med armor rep, 200 plate, energize nano membrane, 2 reactor control
now this setup has poor tank due to reactor control
you can always fit 4 focused pulse and free up room then take the RC out
but i prefere a kill or die situation in pvp
pve i would go with the focused pulse
