You might now think why i open a recruitment topic in the crime&punishment forum and not in recruitment forum. This happens because we are pirates! It is not pirate-like to recruit new pilots in the same forum with carebears! We pirate allways, even this forum if nessesairy!
To make it short: blobs bring death to small pirate corps. We pirated 3 years with a membersize of 3-10 active players, earning roundabout 15 bil ISK with piracy only and it seems that the "good old age" is over - especially in 0.0. Farming in low sec still is profitable, though. This is why TDG command decided to recruit massivly to be able to kick some a$$e$ in 0.0. Other piratecorps like the SNIGGS allready blew up their corps to 100 corpmembers and we also need to adapt to capital ships, massive blobs and extremly hard piracy options in 0.0. We are aware that m0o failed with this task some time ago - but as good example SNIGGs are pretty alive and kicking with 100 members! We all know that the age of small pirate corps is ending or has ended. We will try to set up a large and powerfull pirate corp with only -10.0 characters. You dont need to be -10.0 when you join, but within 4 weeks you should be -10.0, since we will do low sec. and 0.0 piracy.
We are absolutly unpolitical - we dont care about other corp- or alliance-tickers. This means you should better bring your friends with you to join us, because we will shoot anyone that has no TDG-ticker...like we ever did except some nap with Teddybears.
We plan for now to grow to a corpsize of roundabout 50 active members, later more. The inner circle of the TDG brotherhood will act as commanders, while recruits first have to earn this status.
Exploiting, logging in combat and smacktalking is not allowed in TDG. Also mining or any other PVE-activity is not allowed in TDG. We are multiplayers and we focus on 100% piracy! This means that we are not paladins seeaking for 1 on 1 challanges! We are also not cowardly - we simply do what is nessesairy to get ISK with PVP only. And if this means to slaugter 100 carebears, then we slaugter 100 carebears!
Since we are all 20-35 years old we will not accept younger players. We want serious gamers that act responsible for their team.
We use TS! Language english...even if you sometimes can hear some other weird languages in our TS, you need to be able to speak and understand english. Nationality is not important but i have to say that right now our pilots are 100% european.
TDG pays shares of the loot to any active pilot. We dont calculate long: the stuff is sold, ISK shared by simply deviding by active members.
If you are sick of stupid alliance battles that need hours to happen (if they happen at all) or if you have enough of boring PVE activitys then it is time to try something new: be at war with all others! It is the time for the ultimate challange of total political freedom. It is time to learn the best pirate tactics that players invented in these last 3 years. Don¦t expect to get ultrarich, but expect war - every single day!

Just one thing, how do you make money without PVeing?
PvPing can be rewarding but its hardly a steady cash flow

By being better than everyone else...
Let me say that TDG was the best corp I've ever been a part of. The core of players we had at one time were the best pvpers I've encountered. It was routine to win fights while significantly outnumbered. I wish Lifewire and others still there the best in filling their ranks with appropriate players.
Lifewire himself is a fanatical, and very effective, squad commander. If you come into TDG knowing little about PvP, you will probably be whipped into shape in short order. If you come thinking you know PvP, you may be in for a surprise.

Its the only way we have done it since day 1, and it still works fine.
