Who we are:
The Sanguine Legion is a pure PVP-focussed Corporation. It has been set-up, run and went into battle so far with only young characters, created after March 2006.
Our prime objective in EVE is to enjoy the thrill of combat as much as possible, and encourage anyone regardless of skillpoints and experience to engage in this part of EVE.
As a result of this goal, we have taken the road of the Pirates, as this effectively turns nearly the entire subscriber base of EVE into valid targets.
We have been set-up in the style of the Blood Raider Pirate Faction, and will try and act in accordance with the EVE backstory as much as possible.
What we have done so far:
Taking heed of the information in Parmizan's guide to piracy, we have trained towards Propulsion Jamming from day one, and set out on our first swashbuckling trip when the first Scramblers where available to our gangs. We might have raised a few eyebrows on our victims by bringing Impairor class frigates to battle in those first days.
Since that first trip, we have engaged all shiptypes available in EVE not counting the Titan, Mothership and Dreadnaught shipclass, and left a path of destruction and mayhem on the spacelanes many wouldnt think possible for a bunch of new characters. Though we are probably the corp with the lowest average skillpoint per member, we are working hard to make sure our members have seen more combat then many of the 'old' characters out there in the EVE galaxy.
Who we are looking for:
With our numbers growing fast, and we are setting out more ambitious goals as well as getting more serious threats, there is a need for more organisation, leadership and more experienced members to swell our ranks.
After carefull consideration we have decided to open up our recruitment for longer standing players, lifting our 'March 2006 or younger' selection criteria.
Also, we will no longer accept people on trial accounts unless vouched for by an existing member.
Even though we are now open to people with higher numbers of skillpoints, this doesnt make it a criteria to join our ranks. Our selection criteria isnt the number of skillpoints you have aquired, not the ammount of fancy ships you can fly, nor your experience in combat.
What we are looking for is people with the right attitude and mentality to this game. People that:
- Are never affraid to risk their ship and pod in combat; while we dont actively go out to kill ourselves (unless I happen to be gangleader
 ), we will never have a pilot in anything other then a hauling ship neglect orders to attack;
- Mature enough to know the difference between some friendly banter in Local and smacktalking;
- Are willing to forget and forgive mistakes of themselves and their wingmates; we fly cheap for a reason: our clones will never be cheaper then they are today, so we are here to learn. If this means we will make every mistake in the book along the way in order to get better, then so be it. The old adage of: don't fly what you can't afford to loose is paramount. We will not tolerate crying over lost battles any longer then is necessary to find out what went wrong and share that knowledge;
- Willing to say goodbye to high sec Empire; joining us will see you become outlaw in record time. We dont want people to neglect an order to pod someone 'cause of fear of loss of sec status;
- Be selfsufficient to keep flying. While our members help each other out to keep flying, and a program is under development to provide T1 equipment, expect to supply your own ships for the immediate future.

What we offer:
- Plenty of opportunity to engage in PVP;
- An active community sharing tips and tricks regarding all aspects of EVE;
- A good spread among the timezones. While some timezones are more active then others, I have yet to see an empty corp channel;
- Active roles for those that have the ability and desire to do so. We are a young corp, so plenty of things need to be set-up and organised;
As we are a young corp, and have grown quickly, there is a lot to be organised and set up. People who think they have ability or good ideas on organising operations, setting up structures or planning campaigns are especially encouraged to apply. People that complain about lack of organisation, yet fail to think of solutions and come up with initiatives better look into other organisations.

We do belt PvP, we're not afraid of engaging bigger fish than us, we kill them or they kill us . Between us, we re respectfull and easy going, we dont insult or smacktalk our targets.

I have come across them passing through my area of operation. I believe they are organised. A group of 3 frigates evaded a hunting party of 3 bs in either saidusairos or kurnianen. It is evident they have good instas.
