I'm guessing you looked at the Item Database, saw Halo and Crystal listed at the top of the columns for the implant data, didn't read anything on the page, and you're thinking those are your options?

Halo was pointless last time I checked.
It isn't strong enough to do you any good. Each of the other sets has much better effects when it comes to the ability to win or survive.

Ya i agree i liked the concept and purchased myself a full set of halo high grades, then i did the math and found out that even with them pluged in my crow is bigger then one of the minmatar inty's and the same as the other. Is that bull**** or what? anyways i sold them

Perhaps combine them with this to see the magic?
Full halo + gang bonus from this mod maxed will give you about 40% less sig radius.

~23% + 5x2% seems a bit less than 40%, but as I said it's been a while since I checked the Halo implants last time.
Bringing a BC for some forward scouting doesn't sound logical neither.

Still not worth it, 54% shield boost plus whatever a gang mod could offer always beats a 40% smaller sig
