Grr, post got eaten.
As an extra option, this would be nice. Removing the existing mechanics would be a bad idea IMO (I often want to stack-all but not repackage). Also, *any* container would need to be excluded from the auto-repackage or else it would be a disaster.
+1 for indicating damaged mods though, it really is silly that we can't tell without trying to repack. |

The American public's reaction to the change was poor and the new cola was a major marketing failure. The subsequent reintroduction of Coke's original formula, re-branded as "Coca-Cola Classic", resulted in a significant gain in sales, leading to speculation that the introduction of the New Coke formula was just a marketing ploy |

I really do like this idea, but I'd be happy with just the removal of the "are you sure you want to repackage?" dialouge box. Repackaging a full fit of turrets or modules is really tedious when you have continually hit enter. |

They need to make it so that when you assemble a can it turns it into a folder interface for that hanger.

I'd also like to see something similar for ships. At some point it just gets messy (and slow) having lots of ships showing. I can at least use cans for organising my items, but I can't do squat for my ships.
My container is NOT imploding! It's just a bit upset that it only sees cheap crap. |

This would be great. Also, if a module(s) are damaged, then stack all the undamaged modules anyway, leave the damaged ones unstacked and display the message. |

David Grogan wrote:allow repackaging in pos corp hangars... this idea WILL reduce lag...
for all of us that lived out of a pos the lag u get when opening a pos corp hangar array gets insane when u have alot of stuff in the corp hangar.... being able to repackage used items would allow us to stack items and thus reduce the lag. This. Especially for a W-space POS it is really annoying that at present it is not possible to repackage items in the hangar.
Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......
