The changes in the north are enough to make anyone's head spin.
Is OSS is the new replacement alliance for FE? If not then is the Persh/Krullz team forming a different alliance? If not then could you explain who are/will be your relationships with other northern entities like D2D, ERA, KAOS, and others?
Some of us who have recetly lived in the north are a bit bewildered and would like some kind of clarification as to "who's fighting who" up there and their political affiliations.

So I would expect then that ERA and OSS are teamed up. Is OSS the carebears and ERA the PvPers? It would seem so by the nature of their compostition (not a flame, just what I could gather by the lack of CCP updating the alliance listed in the forums and the poeple I've seen posting from OSS and their historical activities in the north).
