If i set it for max dmg and range with Tachs and beams i cant take alot of dmg and the feckers get in close if i get in close and tank i do ****e dmg Lasers suck, 2 dmg types, where as missiles u can run the whole spectrum, seems a little unfair tbh

maGz	Posted - 2006.04.15 15:09:00 - [3] Have you tried using Mega Pulses/Dual Heavy Pulses and a good tank? I fight Angels as well, but I have to admit that I'm using my Cerberus instead of my Zealot/Geddon/Apoc as it seems to be easier. ______________________

You will need to let your drones do a major part of the damage and have cap to tank the damage. It can be done but you need more than 2mil SP me thinks. Main prob is theres nowt on market so i have to try and fit from trash i can find out here atm lol

First of all a few things to consider, the geddon is absolutely a horrible ship for PVE, I would either go back to your ferox or use an APOC. That said, for angels it wouldn't be the best choice due to damages. If you're already speced up in Caldari I would get a raven, and do it properly =)

You know, that's probably the best anti-angel setup anyone's posted here... due to the resists, if you shoot at angels with lasers, you do crap crap crap damage... better to use explosive/kinetic weapons. ~I don't remember. That's the second thing they teach you.

Web and paint the BS. Then you open up with the 800 and activate the smartie, soon after that you use the tractor for collecting the loot. Neat. Also, it really chews through the ammo like mad. With lasers, use a rack of Dual Heavy Pulses with multifreq, rest fit the same as above. Works well also, just takes a little longer. To compensate for low cap-skills, use x-ray lenses. Lastly, use this ship to rat together enough money for an apoc, its way better at ratting. ________________________________________________ Just a quick reminder that "Local" and "Instas" will always be what they are.
