EVE GATHERING:TOKYO 2007
DATE: mid to late September (date to be confirmed)
Ok guys and gals im currently organising an eve gathering to be held in Tokyo next September, in the same time frame as the Tokyo game show.
IÆm announcing it now so who ever decides to go will have ample time to save cash and get your passports sorted, I know its going to cost but before you all get your pods in a twist just remember its not just a gathering its also a chance to visit a country you may not get a chance to see again.
IÆll update this post when I have new info below you will find three sections of things confirmed (will happen) to be confirmed (should be happening) in the works (give me some time and weÆll see).
THINGS CONFIRMED
Tickets to the Tokyo game show.
Transport to and from narita to the hotel.
Ladies of EVE.
THINGS TO BE CONFIRMED
Hotel and conference facilities.
Poker tournament for isk.
THINGS IN THE WORKS
Nightclub organised for private party.
Some special prizes for various events.
If anyone wishes to suggest anything please do. Once I have the web site up and running I will have a confirmed page of people going.

soo how many drinks do you owe me now nybbas 
anyway guys things are ticking over at a steady pace for now. had the hotel give me the nod for using them next year, prices to follow once i have a rough idea how many will show.
picked up a local tattoo artist who will ink you up if you so wish, pre orders only as i dont want nasty emails from peoples gf's bf's husbands or wives asking why there beloved has a moa on there shoulder.
the poker tournyment should be a nice little bonus for a few people. as it stands the winner will get 2 BILLION isk. this should rise with more people signing on for it.
well tally ho and off to the bar.

il try for getting a tekeshi style event for you two.
one thing could anyone who is going please post where you going from country and airport so we can get groups organised. also it shows its people from all over flying in as im sure a lot of people think this is for japanese people only.
