After a week of Siege, hundreds of battleships lost on both sides, ERA pull back from BKG.
Our trial by fire is over, nothing but respect for the forces of D2. We are now ready to go home.
The ERA/OSS - D2/RzR/NFC ceasefire will begin at 1700 on Sunday 16th April and continue until Wednesday 19th April at 1700. After this point hostilities will be resumed.

The People have finally been heard!
It took months of protests, demonstrations, industrial action, and letter writing campaigns to Space Congressmen, but I for one am glad that both sides have stopped fighting.
With this unilateral pullout from the IRA-Q constellation I predict only good things to happen in the Branch region. This show of trust and peace will surely calm the hearts of the Guristas terrorist insurgency in ways that violence and bloodshed could never hope to accomplish.

More propaganda from the pixie wing of galactic politics! The only path to freedom and security is war against those who threaten the very fabrics of our starfaring societies! When barefoot protesters succeed in derailing a just war billions of people across countless systems are exposed to an increased risk of tyranny and terrorism. I do not wish to hijack this thread but we are not just a name change from IRON to NFC it a totally different entity with some ex iron corps joining but it is a fully different thing for exapmle change in leadeship at the top and a change in direction and goals we want to achieve.

tbh - the last week (you can call it "Great Battle of BKG" ) was CRAZY ... never thought to see so many frigs at once ... i remember a fight, when we warped in and my overview was filled with frigs - scrolling down and no end  ... and the killing spree was unbelievable ... (many of the goonies became really fast eastereggs ) ...
the only thing i missed was the "omg!!! run 4 teh hillz!!" goonfleet-megablob ... nah i didn't missed it
kudos to the Goonfleet for their meatshild/kamikaze style - was lot's of fun to be antisupport 
respect to E.R.A for fighting hard for BKG
and thanks to our allies and all the other corps of D¦

i was highly entertained to read the hundreds of bs lost on both sides section. i believe u will find that the hundreds of ships were lost by only one side. It is a shame we are not finishing u off tbh imo.

no need to go on posting killmails  this is only leading to massive smacktalk
im pretty sure we have a faliure of around 15% in losses. ordering to post all lossmails does not mean that all got posted. thats just typical for a alliance as huge as us.
both sides confirmed that we had good fights. ERA and OSS leaving the north shows enuff who's won this battle for now.

all that counted was fun! back in the very early days of G, we were very cautious with engaging.
It changed over time and now with D2 we are in for the FUN! And as we saw it ERA and OSS was also. Both parties showed dedication and balls.
Besides of all the convos i got i even had the opportunity to fight alot of battles.

Clearly i have offended some people both in and out of D2.

Aye, the above quote was in regards to OSS, but it was issued only after goon pilots were getting ganked in D2 camps outside of branch.

it was a sincere apology, made prior to being given a heavy *******ing from Phoenix for bringing the name of FATE and D2 into disrepute and prior to my director roles being removed.
So no i was not told to do it and it was geunine, all those that know me also know i take the game to seriously at times.
It seems i am setting myself a tradition of doing well in a corp, then spouting my mouth off in a forum and getting in deep sh1te for it. Therefore i do not intend to post in any forum apart from sale forums in the forever future.

As I see it you just broke the "hidden" rule that if some enemy makes an announcement and is a bit creative about the facts (within reason) you don't disturb their phantasies by telling them the truth. Like someone said before: "There's a reason why they are leaving" (or something like that)
