I prefer a world where Volcanoes are indeed actually entrances to a fiery underworld. Speaking of entering things, if you enter [SOUND] chat today, you'll be taken into a recruiting underworld. Don't worry, the process shouldn't burn you. |

Yeah, but you know who has it REALLY, REALLY bad? White American dudes on the internet. Just ask them, they'll tell you all about it. For RITES though, we don't care if we're not your first corp. Or your second corp. Or your third corp. We just care that we're your best corp! Aww. Come join [SOUND] chat today and leave the animal gore at home. |

Did you know: A belief of some American Indians was that the earth is supported by a giant tortoise, which made the earth tremble each time it took a step.
It's shocking that they lost the Plains War. People often ask us what our goal with the corp is, and it is certainly to make EVE tremble with the speed of a giant turtle. If you visit [SOUND] chat, you may help us achieve this goal by the year 2050. |

Just when you thought Teddy Roosevelt couldn't have been cooler, you find out that his family were a bunch of stilt-walkers. Sadly, the stilt fell out of favor when Marvel created Stilt-Man, who was the lamest comic book villain of all time. Swing by [SOUND] chat today, we'll be sure not to have a stilted conversation while determining if you're wanting to reach new heights in EVE by walking amongst us. |

Did you know: Tanks were initially called GÇ£landships.GÇ¥ However, in an attempt to disguise them as water storage tanks rather than as weapons, the British decided to code name them GÇ£tanks.GÇ¥
Ingenious really. I'm sure that when the Germans and other allied powers saw them, they figured the giant nozzle on the front was going to spray water rather than explosive shells. Our recruitment channel is called [SOUND] rather than [RECRUITMENT] in an attempt to disguise the true nature of the channel from hostile entities. Obviously a foolproof plan. |

Hi there, I think you're the Corp for me from the sounds of things. I meet all your requirements and you seem to have almost everything I'm looking for in a Corp. Most importantly the mature, intelligent and reasonable parts, in that order. 3.5 mill sp, currently down in your original neighborhood skulking about in my maticore - read your history, yup all 10 posts. ;) I've been holding out joining a Corp because I've been looking for the right one. I'll join your channel tonight. |

We are currently on deployment, therefore anyone who joins us at this time is going to have to be a little bit more tolerant of chaos than normal (thus us not bumping the recruitment thread). We'll be back to our ordinary selves in a week or two. If you are an exceptional fit we'd still take you with the caveat emptor that we may not be able to offer quite as much mentoring as usual. Since the last bump...
We decided to go on deployment to pay back an old debt, did that for about a month, decided we liked the situation and our friends liked having us around and joined HERO Coalition. We now live in a nice juicy sov system that's a chokepoint on a pipe and we're currently killing lots and lots of people. Just the way we like it.
Now that we're settled in and have our logistics up, recruitment is open again for a while. Stop by [SOUND] chat today for a conversation. |

Did you know: If one student has high grades but low test scores and another has low grades but high test cores, the first student is far more likely to get accepted into a better college. Colleges prefer the GÇ£bad test-takerGÇ¥ to students who donGÇÖt apply themselves.

While the moon isn't responsible for sickness, I certainly don't feel any sympathy for the moon. It's a pretty big piece of crap in general. Oh, it creates the tides. Who cares. Joining [SOUND] chat today won't create the tides, but it also won't turn you into a werewolf either... so our chat channel is certainly a few leagues better than the moon, at least. |

You have ruined the Corp recruitment channel for me. Now I read the other threads and they all look dumb or lazy or illiterate.
Been browsing this forum looking for a place to settle after summer and now I feel like there's no point reading anymore. However, summer is just not great for me and I don't want to join and then be gone for stretches at a time.
Hopefully you'll still be recruiting come late summer or fall. Maybe a bit earlier because I may be passing the 15m mark near that time.

That's kind of messed up, really. If you're able to stand up, you should be able to kick a shark's ass. I think people need to train their jab more, use their reach advantage over the shark and keep circling. At least, that's what PvP in EVE has told me about how to mitigate the DPS of a stronger short-range opponent, so it must work!
