It is expected that President Bush will today ask Congress to sanction an invasion and aerial bombardment of Iceland, following the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction (in the form of, the CIA suspects, GIANT slingshots) to shell San Francisco
The above story mentions:

Happened on long island once, except then it was airliners coming into JFK dumping the toilets at 30,000ft to loose some weight.

Nonsense. Clearly, the Icelandic military did a test run, and discovered their elastic bands were not tight enough to reach the West Coast.
