Its important to always be prepared for something unexpected to happen, that's why having a savings with enough isk to live off of for at least a year is recommended. We all know Star Citizen is going to kill this game, but before that happens CCP Employees have a chance to start saving now, just like in EvE taking your shiny titans out for a spin around the rings of your local gas giant can end in disaster, those of you who don't have at least a years worth of plex saved could find yourself in bad shape due to the increases inflation and manipulation of the p.l.e.x markets, we know however that plex prices may plummet or rise drastically in the future once star citizen leaves only Russian bots playing EvE, this is why its good to hedge your investments both inside and outside of EvE online, I hope ISD LackofFaith agrees with me on this matter. |

CCP have at least another decade to save up a nest egg before Star Citizen gets released.

I definitely agree in the sense that if you're poor IRL you should try not to also be poor in Eve.
