While ISS civilian traffic is not permitted through Doril, ISS exist in a state of 0.0 war with CC, at their choosing rather than ours, so military incursions are permitted whilst they are actively hostile toward us.

Please feel free to run riot across the Curse region - NPCers, Miners, whatever, just kill them all

I highly suggest griefing the **** out of these idiots whereever possible. This includes but is not limited to the following:

- warp core stabs (stabbed out Raven taking pot shots at mining barges --> fun)
- sniping harpies (two volley a jetcan from 80km? Sign me up!)
- warp core stabs (domi with nos, tackling gear, and stabs is fun and it hits like a stab in the face)
