I was reading through the bio of a norad member named Jimius, when i got to the bottom, i found these lines...
With the Ourer Ring region now back in NORAD's hands,
the first blow to BoB has been delivered, surely just one
of the many to come their way.
What blow did norad deal to BoB and many more to come? laff.

It's just a bio, atm OR is not contested and is claimed and inhabited by NORAD. So I don't see the point you're trying to make.
The "blow" was simply that BoB lost it's OR claim, wether it was through war, boredome or apathy is besides the point. If you read the story (which I made up during a boring mining op) It should make more sense.
It's just a game...

We didn't lose OR, we withdrew because there was nothing there of use to us.
If that changes, we'll retake it and there isn't anything your alliance could do to stop that.
In the meantime, enjoy it.

Why not ask him what he meant in his bio, instead of creating flamebait on these forums?
