Background info: - 56k Modem - Asus V9900 (nVidia FX5800) - AMD Athlon XP 1900+ - Soltek SL75-DRV5 Motherboard - 768MB PC2700 memory (1 x 256, 1 x 512)
1) When you open emil, doesn't tell/show you what are new/unread until you click on someone in the left pane. When you move up/down with the scroll bar you have to repeat again to see new/unreads. 2) In fittings screen, you no longer get a help-hint type pop-up if you hover your mouse over a module fitted to the ship telling you its name. 3) Turning Trails Off doesn't turn them off. 4) Places tab no-longer orders by the old mechanism (spaces would appear higher up the ordered list). Now it seems to trim out any and all white-space at all, leaving the list seemingly ordered by special characters then alphabetical, of course excluding spaces it seems. 5) Seems to be a load-lag when a Threat targets you whilst it seems to draw the red boardered rectangle. 6) Load arriving at a gate is much better where loading ships. However, in some instances, seem that there is a secondary load-stutter where the gate guns and other objects surrounding the area are loaded/rendered. 7) Hanger tabs seem to not repaint some items correctly. Minerals mostly seem to disappear from hangers on some occasions. Might be linked to clicking other tabs, sometimes can get to repaint when clicking the very first hanger tab then the tab suffering the issue. 8) Draging the scrollbar down and up in corp hangers seems to have a nasty lag associtated with the repaint whilst the hanger repaints the contents now visible. Slight by some peoples opinion, but can see this increasing the time it takes to find items. 9) Clicking in the blank space below/above the scroll bar doesn't increment its movement or even move the location clicked. Just does nothing now. 10) Seem to have found some blueprints that lost some minreal efficiency levels when checking missiles. Didn't have them written down before the patch, but I recal some missiles having way more then they now have. 11) New missile research times to try to regain the lost Mineral Efficiency seems overly harsh. Whilst batch size is now 10x the original produced, the research time seems to be random as hell and ever increasing. Torps are now about 40% the duration of a frigate ME research. I really think you have made this somewhat overly harsh, whilst yes and increase was needed this is just silly durations. 12) Loading blueprints in Factory/Lab lists still is slow if you have multiple blueprints in the selected hanger. 13) Factory combo-box is now too narrow and still too short. You only have a max of 7 hangers, but you seem to only display a drop-down list of 5. I would advise expanding that to drop down the full 7, and making the drop down the width of the screen version. 14) There are still un-necessary steps in the wizards, and could be greatly reduced by consolidating some screens with some more information then they currently have. It might be wise to bring Resource Location, Output Destination and Quantity to build onto one page instead of 3 seperate. 15) Anchoring skill missing from the market place. Bad one guys.
11 in sterio) Increased reseach time for missiles overly harsh I think :) I know this is in sterio, but I think it really is overly harsh.
