"Capture" implies something permanent. Either Alektrophobia are going to have to be stationed there forever, or their employee will have to take over the POS running at some point.
Even if you guys do have the numbers and the resources to take over the outpost, I don't really see you keeping it for long. But I guess you can say "I told you so" if you actually do.
Otherwise, I'm afraid it's just a lot of hot air.

So put up a big one allready and defend it.
It should be hella lot easier than to take down one of theirs, so if you can't do that, you suck.
