Four at the moment and none have tried to claim. I have killrights on one guy and I'll use it if I come across him.

I probably peaked out at about 20 with killrights against me. None took advantage. Strange system imo with little real impact on the game.

About 10... went and did some ebil in Aunenen for one evening, never seen any of the peeps I blew up again - unless they show up as regular neutrals on overview, in which case I dont know if i passed them or not. Either way none of them ever tried to get revenge.
One question for the experienced empire
's though:
If a person that has kill rights on me opens fire, can I fire back unpunished? Or will concord go OMGLOLNOOB and proceed to erm.. "enforce the law"? :P

Used to be a bug where you got owned by concord for firing back, but was fixed in the same patch where kill rights running out after 30 days was fixed. (Apparently fixed anyway, not had the opportunity to test.)

I'm waiting for CCP to award ranks for honorable kills like warcraft, that could be fun. Guess that would mean most of my kills would be unrewarded though

i've got a few, and actually had 2 people follow up on it in a pretty smart way.
Me and the rest of the gang are gatecamping with a bunch of the locals in battleships around us (we're outnumbered.. can't open fire and they wont cause they'd probably loose). And about.. 3 of them are all shooting my pretty geddon, not aggroing the sentries because they have killrights on me. So i jump into empire once they get too annoying and head to jump back in.
Except two people with killrights on me were on the empire side of the gate and immediately opened fire/jammed my ass and then procedded to wail on me, and of course i died since i was jammed and none of my buddies could help since i wasn't in lowsec space anymore. Took them a hell of a long time to break my tank though.

i actually only have about 40ish people on the list (from memory) maybe a bit more.... most people i kill are in belts npc'ing and tend to shoot back because they think they can kill my ceptor

well there could also be 'murderer', mean evilness level etc... ranks , that would be fun tillie we would be hanging with medals, like snoopdog and 50 ct.

Allowing killrights to be bought would be a great idea and really open up the bounty hunter proffesion. I made a long post about it awhile ago
Most i`ve had is about 25 and 1 person tried to use his kilright but failed.

My list just wont load. I let it go for 20 mins and still no dice. I guess now that they expire I might be able to view it. Last time I saw it load it was 200+.
No one, as far as I am aware, has tried to claim them. Since I was -10 they wouldnt exactly need the killrights.

Well last time i tried to count i stopped at 800. There were more but i was tired of counting.
It seems no matter how many you have over a few hundred it takes about 3 ish minutes to load.
I still don't understand why the killrights tab doesn't go away if your -5 or lower. Its kinda useless.
