Changes I have noticed.
* Some small changes in the UI. * Agent on dock WORKS * Implants as a reward (no skill though) * Pirate missions have gotten some work. I just fought Krull and his mighty band. Krull was a 20K pirate and he had 2 3K pirates with him. They dropped nothing though. Only the slave I was saving. * Rare items??? I haven't gotten any. If anyone has then please tell us what you got.
If I missed something or if you have anything else then please let me know. The agents got a lot of work in this patch and I like it!!!

You were able to receive a DED agent? How? They all still show "You do not met the agent's pre-requirments". For EVERY corp.!
What were your standings and security level?

... You need faction of 2.0 or better (this will be CONCORD faction for DED, Caldari for he Caldari-related corporations etc. Then you just have to dock at the right station.
For what's worth, one DED agent which accepts new contacts is in Yulai.

You mean 2.0 overall Security Status? OR do you mean 2.0 with Concord Assembly? OR do you mean 2.0 with CONCORD (the corporation)? If you mean 2.0 with CONCORD the corporation, I would like to know how you can get 2.0 with the corporation as their agents aren't available to regular players (according to GM Arkanon). Since the only way to change your standing with a corporation is to work for their agents.

I'm not sure what this means either. You mean you need 2.0 with Caldari Empire? OR Caldari corporations? If so, which Caldari corporations? And what if you're not Caldari?

Some things I noticed were:
A level 3 kill mission I did only had a 3k bounty pirate.
My agent said in the briefing for another mission that I was to bring her 25 pieces of lead charge medium ammo, but after bringing her the 25 pieces and being told I hadnt completed the mission I checked the journal and it said I was to bring 833 pieces.
The mission I took the most notice of though was something special indeed. It mentioned something about a previous mission I had done in bringing a known pirate to justice and needed my further help by bringing some data sheets somewhere to prove he was guilty and that upon completion I would receive a special module and that concord would look favorably upon me. The item i received was a low slot module that raises all armor resistance by 15% each, and concord did indeed look favorably on me by raising my sec status by .5

The DED, is the right arm of CONCORD... basicly CONCORD's SWAT-team :)
I got it by having 10.00 CONCORD standing i believe.. think u need a real high number here..

Ahhhh, it's now I'm so f*n happy about the bug that caused 5 of my standings to go from +10.0 to +2.0, Including Concord. And now it's down to 1.84 because I did some missions for a corp Concord doesn't like.
Sigh. I knew that bug would come back to haunt me some day.

Not so Faramir...I got two level one DED agents yesterday and my CONCORD faction is less than 4 (frickin' bug). I'm not sure what the req is but it can't be super-high CONCORD-love.

"You mean 2.0 overall Security Status? OR do you mean 2.0 with Concord Assembly? OR do you mean 2.0 with CONCORD (the corporation)?"
... I mean the Concord faction which is listed in the character window, Standings tab, Factions sub-tab. I don't remember exact name, it may be Concord Assembly... but there's only one Concord faction there so it doesn't matter much. :s
>> Caldari for he Caldari-related corporations etc.
"I'm not sure what this means either. You mean you need 2.0 with Caldari Empire? OR Caldari corporations? If so, which Caldari corporations? And what if you're not Caldari?"
In this case, it'd be Caldari State faction. (being a Caldari doesn't seem to be requirement to get in good terms with the State =) Basically, if you invoke info on the NPC corporation their faction is shown as icon under corporation name... clicking that icon will show you list of allies/enemies of this particular faction which can be helpful as doing missions for allies raises given faction, and doing missions for enemies lowers it.
