As you've probably noticed by now, all of these fits are essentially variations on one another. My variation is below. It can be hard to look at EFT, see short capacitor drain times, and shrug it off. But you should. The fit below can be a cap hog if you take it too far, but I've never had an issue except once, and that was in an epic arc mission. Flown at range, you'll rarely need to burst your shield rep. I rarely get past half shields, rarer still to 2/3 or worse.
Some people will not like the MWD, but it is way more useful than a cap booster I don't need, more tank I don't need, or more target painters I don't need (i kind of don't need the one that's there; with excellent missile skills and precision missiles, I don't have many frigate issues). I find it invaluable for moving around to loot cans/objectives, extending kite range in short bursts (not running away, just preventing BS's from closing quickly), and going gate to gate. With the range tactics, sometimes even the MJD doesn't get you close to your objective.
It is definitely CPU heavy, but with my skills only a 1% implant or a T2 overclock rig is necessary beyond the actual fit listed. I use a 3% implant, which gives me some room to play with the fit for specific situations. Hardeners determined by mission.
