Meh, well, all this thread proves is that the new bloodlines don't come out right in the XML file. Thanks for the input though, everyone, and if someone could lock this thread, that would be great.

Kieron or one of the dev's exlained how the proccess works, there is basically a queue of portraits that will be generated each day.
I'm not sure how it decides whats in the queue for the day, but it was done this way to decrease server load, as instead of it rendering loads 24hrs a day, but rather a few hours per day.
There is a post somewhere...

The portraits have to be rendered 'manually' and moved to the forum servers.
The chars with a portrait are older than the last portrait rendering run, those without are more fresh.

Not quite. Its also sorted in batches alphabetically.
This character is actually 2hrs older than the achura char above with a portrait, but because mine begins with an S, it was put into another batch.
Also, since I last posted in this thread..

The bloodline is now correct in the xml.
Going on 1month 18days old now.

I have bloodline Khanid im my xml, which is correct, but still no pic though. 
Maybe the pics will come as Xmas present this year. Or bundled with Duke Nukem Forever!

What amuses me about this whole situation is the people who are removing their Character IDs when they post the XML snippets like it's something secret and not available when you hover your mouse over their portrait. 
EDIT: Reminds me of the whole "Oh noes! Your computer is broadcasting an IP ADDRESS TO TEH WHOLE INTARNET!!!1 YOU CAN GET YOUR MEGAHURTZ HACKED!!1"

Character is 2 months and 6 days old =P Whats worse is I dont even particularly like my portrait, but this is such a hassle that i dare not try to change it else it take a year to finaly show up

I'm not so sure about that. My main character is still without portrait as you can see, however an alt I created who's about a month younger does have a portrait
