If a corp was building one, others might try to intercept the items that are being transported to it's assembly location. I HAVE heard rumors of 1 BPC being purchased, and another of a corp/alliance that's building one.. So I know of potentially 2 in game.. I heard another corp/alliance won a Titan in a contest of some sort, so they may have one sitting around gathering dust... So that's potentially 3 I "know" about... Winning is the name of the game. If one is in construction, All I have to say is Thank God i'm in Empire space where it can't get me.... Although I would love to run up to one...
Happysin	Posted - 2006.04.21 15:21:00 - [14] The first time we will hear confirmation of a Titan is the first time BoB drops it into a fleet engagement as a surprise and tries out its OMGWFTBBQPWN weapon on the opposing fleet. I personally hope to be there to see it, even if I'm in the opposing fleet.

I doubt that even the most powerful alliances would confirm that they have one in production - all of Eve would descend on their territory, scan out the capital shipyard, and blow them out of the sky.
