Why is it that every time I see one of these I think it should have tons of weapons on it? Is it just me or does this ship look like some kind of super star destroyer?
Mega and Apoc are the only BS's I consider "passable" as battleships in terms of design =P

It looks more like those rebel transports from Empire Strikes Back when the rebels were fleeing Hoth, imo.

If it were a bit smaller I'd agree.
I still think it should have like...tons of guns on it though rather than being a freighter.

The geddon looks like a battleship more than the Apoc. Apoc looks like it should be sticking out of a planet or something because of how ugly it is

If you mean the Providence, then yeah..
I see that ship and think that it should start spewing about 50 Drones..
Or maybe a few dozen fighters.. :)

I also think it should be something more than a freighter, its too sleek for a bulky freighter.
I always thought of it as something that looked like it should be a dreadnought...

Why not just give it 8 highslots so you can put a bunch of guns on it. I think that would be perfectly balanced imho.

Since I fly one, I get to see it quite a bit and I agree. However, it does look a lot like a blown-up Sigil, so that is probably why they went with this model.

And while we're on this, what about the Mammoth? That looks like the ultimate in a BS. But it's a stupid Indy. They really should switch it with the Typhoon, or make it the Tier 3 BS and make something else the Mammoth.

I agree some of these ship designs are a little out there to be sure. For proof just look at about anything Gallante.
Although the Gallante Mothership is about the coolest looking one in the game.
