Waenn Ironstaff	Posted - 2006.04.22 19:16:00 - [1] Just running a setup through Quickfit: HIGH: 4 Heavy Ion Blasters, 2 Medium Nosferatus MEDIUM: 10mn Afterburner, Medium Shield Booster, Large Shield Extender, 20km Warp Disruptor LOW: 4 Power Diagnostic Units Instead of concentrating on Railguns for the moa, I could use the optimal bonus to compensate the weakness of the blasters (mainly range). 4 Heavy blasters should do nice damage. The 2 Medium nos there to help break the tank and keep mine going (act as anti-frig as well if possible). Not much for mediums since it's pretty limited. With my current skills I get 4k shields, nice resists (will be nice with Cruiser level 4) and the usual ab/scram for pvp. And the PDUs for fitting and better cap/shield bonuses and regens. Any advices?
Jerick Ludhowe	Posted - 2006.04.22 19:30:00 - [2] Seems like a pretty solid setup. I have only 1 real concern though, w/o any kind of dmg mod those ions are not going to be hitting all that hard. Is there any way you would be able to squeez a couple dmg mods in the lows?

I guess I have to work on my skills a tad to lower the requirements. you can do 2 things 1. train up a skill to decrease turret cpu use (weapon upgrades) 2. use an implant that reduces turret cpu by 3% (cheap i think)

Flash Landsraad	Posted - 2006.04.22 21:30:00 - [7] I think I used to use (haven't flown it for a while): 4x heavy electron, 2x standard launchers 10mn ab, med shield booster, fleeting web, fleeting 20km scram 2x mag stabs, 2x tracking enhancers And I always flew with an inty or 2.

Hardcore BandBattler	Posted - 2006.07.08 11:25:00 - [26] -Highs- 4x Heavy Ion Blasters 2x Medium Nos -Mids- 1x 10mn Microwarpdrive 1x Warp Disruptor/Scrambler 1x Large Shield Booster II 1x Magnetic Scattering Amplifier or Shield Boost Amp (haven't tried both) -Lows- 1x Power Diagnostic 3x Reactor Control Unit This setup is great for Solo or small bang PvP roid belt hunting. Treat it like a thorax almost, get in fast, then start the Nozzies and blast away. You should be able to dictate most battles due to it's speed with the MWD. It's pretty tight in terms of fitting all round, and the cap isn't endless. I use Thorium charges in most cases because they have the least cap usage. If flown right and the cap is managed well (you just can't be dumb) you can shield tank for a good bit and do decent enough damage. I feel confident against almost any cruiser 1v1, and in 2v1 situations it and another cruiser can take on almost any BC in the game. *Note: not for the inexperienced (and i dont' just mean SP) pilot.

Main rats are the angel cartel. So any and all help would be appreciated.Advice on suggested skills to improve my moa would also be appreciated.
