Before the patch I could attack with my Heavy Combat Drones up to 40KM. I have scout drone skill at level 4 and that should allow my combat drones to attack up to 40KM.
Now I can only attack up to 20KM. What happened, did heavy drone range get nerfed? Is anybody else having this problem with heavy drones? Please help, thanks.

I nocited that before the patch. If you SEND them to attack the range is 20km. But if you attack someone and the drones join IN attacking, the range is 40km.

Scout Drone Skill Description:
Increases drone range +10k.
NOT 10k per level, just 10k.

That would still imply that they could attack at 30km... which they don't.
It, the skill, used to work on my Scout drones, don't know if it was ever intended to work on Heavies (would be nice). But it has been bugged for a looooong time.
Last night after many problems with trying to open my drone bay I finally could test it... still nothing over 20k.
On a lighter note: Mining Drone skill is finally working!

Wrong. Base drone range is 10k, with no skills. Scout skill adds 10k.
Max range you can 'tell' you drones to attack, 20.5k (dont ask, I have no idea where the .5 came from).

I believe it says something about 50m per lvl. i get 20,150 since 2 patches ago. lvl 3 scout drones.
