ISS and CVA have come to agreement. The deployment of the outposts outlined in the ISS Providence project will proceed accomodating the agreement reached between ISS and CVA.

Agreement made after to tried and failed to put your outpost up in 3KB. If it had gone up sucessfully im thinking CVA would be more upset.

Let's try and not flame this. :) No one outside of ISS/CVA knows the details about the agreement. But it's there and I can say that I am happy it ended this way and not another. Good work diplomats!
Now back to showing them minnies the way of god.

Jericho Fraction is relieved that wiser counsel has prevailed in this matter and that the peaceful development of the outer worlds by a trade-oriented, neutrality-respecting organisation such as ISS can continue against a backdrop of co-operation rather than senseless warfare.
We are confident that it will be seen to be in the interests of all that Providence is developed as an open region free of blood-grudges and a conflict that would inhibit commercial exploitation of this region.
The diplomats and all who facilitated this agreement are to be congratulated.

I'm sure any relevant details will be revealed when the stations are up, and I'm pleased at this outbreak of peace. Makes a change :)

After hours of prayer I was getting ready for dinner when the word came that a negotiation had taken place and peace would again rule the day.
Obviously God has heard the prayers of the masses and brought forth the wisdom that led these two great leaders to the table of reconciliation.
Hail Amarr!
