Don't see why not, tell us the corp he is in ass well. I'm sure there are many people who would gladly sacrifice their ships in the name of eliminating bots. Not to mention the satisfaction of watching a botter corp fail.

@OP, yeah its a bot. Blow him up. Its a Navy Raven. Scan him down in a mission and suicide gank him. Shouldn't take more than a dozen Catalysts. If the loot fairy i kind, you might make out and a botter gets what he deserves.

Andski, how short your memory is.
The links between CCP and Russia are well-documented. CCP took a a rather large loan from Siminn, which is owned entirely by Exista, which is owned by the same two companies, Shapburg Ltd and Quenon Investment Ltd., that also own the Russian state diamond company ALROSA and Alfa Bank of Russia. Both (Shapburg and Quenon) are registered in Luxembourg and incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
At this point I think the link between Russian money and CCP is clear.
Now read this.
Not saying anything. No allegations of wrong-doing. Just posting links. But to deny that Russia doesn't have a financial stake in CCP is at best uninformed when the proof is right there. Admittedly, the amount of cash (20,000,000 USD) involved is relatively small compared to the billions those companies have elsewhere.
Also, in a recent change to CCP's ToS, the old policy was quoted and specifically stated that employees or representatives of Siminn were specifically off-limit to impersonation. I use the past tense because the new ToS no longer mentions Siminn employees or representatives.

Did you miss the part where he claims the bot was stuck in space for 3 hours?
I missed the part where we afforded unreproachable legitimacy to the details of the OP's story.

Siminn was an investor in CCP in the year 2000, and the bond offering was more of the same, and its also plainly a bond that was offered on the Icelandic market, and picked up by a traditional Icelandic institutional investor just like the original funding of CCP was, so whoever owns Siminn is probably irrevelent, its still doing what it always did, and the purpose of the bond was to fund ongoing work on DUST.

Tinfoil to aisle 4.
In any case we are discussing a bot. If some shady Russian gangsters owned EVE, they would be stamping down on bots to sell you plexes.
As Andski has pointed out over, and over again.
