Sorry but even with that no child left behind program, many of them go to tech colleges where there are no required tests to take. I would love to see someone in that no child left behind program that has a 3.8 GPA and scored a 28 on the ACT.

I have friends in this game that I respect as players and as characters in EVE, and I didnt get that
