ok this is a half serious suggestion, but could be quite useful.

Bright red with flashign red and blue lights.
Destroyer size ship.
Low Shield and Armor values.
Fitting 3 high 4 mid and 4 lows
150 drone bay and 50 drone bandwidth
Roll bonus
99% reduction for cpu,powergrid and cpu usage for structure repper and remote structure reppers
+2 warp protection.
Skill bonus
minmatar destroyer skill ... 20% more remote structure repair amount
gallante destroyer skill ... 40% more drone structure repair amount
Comedy ship if this gets on a killmail. |

Needs a Cap bonus for structure reps and then you could roll something like 3 rr in the highes, 4 self reps in the mid  and then a DC2+ 3 Bulkheads in the lows and your flavour of rigs. |

I dont see the need of +2 warp stabilization.
First, I would make this an ORE ship, as they deal in industry and repair/construction should be squarely in their ballpark. Second, it should probably be a cruiser.
Then you need to think of its designed role. If it is intended for combat repairs it would benefit from bonuses that make it resistant to ECM and Sensor Dampening and tanking, the point being to keep it on field and active as long as possible.
General use puts bonuses for repair cycle time, amount and/or capacitor use ahead of field resilience.
Another bonuses that would be useful is sensor resolution to enable fast and efficient target swapping, as well as being a boon to supporting drones, and ORE loves drones. Drone repair amount would also be appropriate as a general bonus. A unique bonus that allows remote structure repair to also repair damaged modules would be very thematic too.
As a general service vessel cap transfer makes a good fit-- sort of spare parts and gas mechanics truck. By that same token, Armor repair and Shield Transfer fitting bonuses would be good, allowing the capability but not the enhanced performance of true Logi boats. |

Needs to be Fed Navy ship, a variant of the Comet. Also Comet needs more blue stripes and flashing red and blue lights.
Fit a warfare link to your tech 1 battlecruiser. Train Wing Commander. Get in the Squad Commander or Wing Commander position. Your fleets will be superior to everyone else's. (had this sig BEFORE Odyssey BC rebalance)
And bring back the missile Inquisitor!! |

Sadly this would actually be useful.
Obviously not in the fight but afterwards.
Though the hilarity of it.
Maybe it should be a gift/promotion. April fools day or anniversary gift.

duly supported - this is an 'after the fight' ship - so should be able to use cov-ops cloak, would make a great small -gang scout!
I agree, this ship should be about fitting oversized, RHR's that rep at the standard rate, not 'normal' size repping faster, should maybe get a penalty on damage, to prevent people using this as a weapon..... especially with a drone bay like that...... actually, give it 125m3 bandwidth, and a 75% reduction in drone damage, or the inability to field offensive drones
and if you get it on a kill-mail, CCP gifts you the item 'comedy killmail' providing an eternal link to the km it's on.
For posting an idea into F&I:
come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it.....
If your idea can be abused, it WILL be. |

This could become annoying though .... think a few of these on jita undock.
Could the siren be a module ? (this would allow different siren/modules)
or could the siren sound only when going to and from warp. ( like the turrets conceal and deploy when going to and from warp)

I like the idea of comedy killmails, but I have no idea how to suggest it.
it should make ships structurally safe, but be quiet weak.
not sure I agree with the drone reduction, but I see what you mean. |
