To all of the members of The Ditanian Fleet, Risk for Isk, and my corp The Incursion Career University...

This matter has not yet been settled.. An attempt was made to find out what exactly has the cause was for my corp and myself being added to the banlist.. Its still a bit dodgy but i Have got to admit i have made some mistakes, and can see with what information has been givin that there are some things I must state and appologize for..

#1. My lack of keeping up with the banlist in risk for isk.. After going through my chat logs, ive seen there was a deal of people who i should have noticed where RED and RED for good reason.. Hell i was even talking with them and diddnt realize it..

#2. Rather than awaiting for a convo with said Runners of this Banlist, I jumped to conclusions, instantly tried to defend myself and my corp, and made accusation against others that where also FALSE. - There is no big diplomatic plot.

#3. I have been trying to do too many things completely by myself. (Bitten off more than i can chew) I must now accept the fact that i need help from others. I can not do all of these things alone, as i will overlook somethings, and some of those things are too important too overlook.

These 3 things are most important this is why i have expressed them.. Also i wish to appologize to every person effected by my lack of patience, my quickness to point fingers, and my..

Here is what happened..

Said member is in The risk for isk chat (not yet confirmed on if its trusted FC on our list or not).. person invites members from TDF into fleet. TDF pilots get killed.. How I or my corp mates get the reputation of doing these things on purpose for profit im still very unsure about, as these things where never brought to my attention to correct the manner.. What has been said and i quote. "450M place everyone on our banlist back on your banlist, and remove dek kiel from your corp" and i will send mails about your unbanning..

I leave this for everyone else to have their own oppinions.. I have nothing to hide nor have i ever had something to hide.
however i feel like this is blackmail.. or simply put they are acting like pirates.. what i do in my channel is none of their business.. how dare they say i do criminal things in high sec to gain profits.. maybee i messed up on the banlists, but i diddnt follow their rules is exactly what he said to me and now to get this bad repp off of my name i have to pay them and foloow their rules in MY OWN CHANNEL? WTF this is ludacris the nerve!!!

you all see it with your own eyes.. the lack of dicipline and experiance of their pilots will cause YOU to have a BAD REPUTATION.. diddnt you guys ever tell your men how to not catch aggroo.. i think your missing the point here felleas.. the point is no longer you men got killed.. now its why and how.. Because.. YOUR MEN GOT KILLED.. NOT MINE.. My channel and my guys have not died yours have.. so again either A your kill mails are fake and this is a settup or B. yea it happened but your guys are noobs cought an aggro died and your blaming me for the losses... dude my guys dont die from this ****, im not paying for your losses KISS MY A$$..

Also they aren't "my guys". They where pulled from your channel... From reds within your channel..... Either way we attempted to work with you And I honestly had hoped we made some progress in our little private convo. Thank you truely for making a fool of yourself by posting logs.

All we asked is that you keep the known grifers banned and you pay a portion of isk for the ships of those players you helped "guide" in the hands of griefers.

Maybe you will be better off in your own channel. I stayed respectful and listened to your concerns however the only thing you showed with those logs is how two faced you can be.

No offense, but personally, even if they remove you from banlist, I'll keep you red in contacts anyway. Gankers may have gotten into your fleet in any number of ways. They could even have been invited by some squad commander and slipped beneath your notice. It's probably not your fault, and I feel for you. But frankly, that's not my problem. There are plenty of fleets to be in, I don't need to be in yours where I may get ganked, at which point whose blame it is makes little difference. Best wishes, and fly safe, wherever you go.

Facts still remain: you "unbanned" griefers, people lost their ships in your channel and tdf cleaned up your mess. Take care.

Now whats interesting to me is you poseted these peoples kill mails as proof that i did something worng? you based these allegations off these poeples kill mails? WTF/ you are now back to square one with WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT I HAVE HAD LOSSES AND THAT I ALLOW PEOPLE TO GRIEVE what i was told was that the FC was the pilot, and that he recruited out of YOUR CHANNEL and that YOUR CHANNEL is the one that had the KNOWN GRIEFER????

So amidst Global's ranting in 'Risk for Isk', I had pointed out that his grammar is horrible. This is a kick-able offense apparently. All for telling him that leadership is better respected when well spoken.

Pointing to a poorly constructed argument in the forums will not help your case. Most people won't take the time to read it. More flies with honey and all that. It will not help to be so reactionary. I was taking my time to look at the situation from all sides.

Now I just think you are an asshat.
