But something was odd.. I had 17 mails?!?! WTF I start to read them 1 by 1, and low and behold, a ban from the public incursion banlist.. "The Public Incursion" banlist is an publicly open banlist for people to use to keep themselves out of fleets that known pirates and can flippers are in.. simple concept.. You get the mail, you add everyone on it to negative standing, you dont accept them into fleets or join fleets they are in.. I actualy used it to ban all the corps/aliiances/people from our chat.. I use this list myself, well used.. untill today.. I have found my corp and myself are on it for false allegations.. I have recently started a low sec/high sec public incursion channel ran much like that of the others, except one thing. as the name states "Risk for Isk". its a risk, not a risk because of pirates --> our messge of the day clearly states you will be banned if your giving aggro timers to ANYONE in the fleet.. but Risk because we do run low sec incursions... Simply put, these allegations against my corp and myself are completely false. Now im not saying this is what happened but lets post the facts! I was a member of the ditanian fleet's channel, a friend of mine became banned for false allegations, I left the channel, soon after i created my own channel with the same concepts "without the politics" I than also became banned from TDF channel (not yet the banlist).. Now after we have grown in numbers, and have an active force of 70+ everyday, and my corp has grown to larger numbers.. My corp and myself and my trusted FC's are banned?!?! Dunno about everyone else. but myself i have common sence, and it is for sure a politicle way to not have the competition of my forces within the systems they are flying.... So this has left me to starting fresh with our banlist from our channel! why? because if we can be banned with false allegations than theres a good chance that many other people i banned are also false allegations and may not deserve them at all.. I am sorry to any members that tried to join and where denied because i trusted in a list that was obviously a Politicle way of "minimizing the competition". Note for the members whom has made these allegations ---> Go str8 to H***... Your actions may make alot of people not trust us, but you will certainly never stop us from our goal.. That goal is one that we actualy share, we should be working together, not being jealous and creating ways to sabotoge each other.. Our goal is to rid the universe of the presence that is sansha.... More often than not some random pilot from some ganker Corp will enter our sites and drop a bait can, but Global and his Corp never promote Pirating, can flipping, Logi popping, or any other griefer method. These accusations against him and his Corp are rather childish in nature and are clearly a result of envy. All of us who are in his Channel promote him and how good a FC he is, as well as how safe his fleets are especially for Incursion noobs, so it's no wonder he and his Corp are popular and see so much traffic. Obviously some people can't handle healthy competition, resulting in name calling and finger pointing.

I was and i will participate on the incursion fleets using "Risk for ISK" channel. There are written there a few names and the channel strongly recomend to use one of that FC to lead u and to help u make ISK. I'm a new player i must admit but i fly a Logi so.... never durring this perio of time I had a problem (besie Disconect- yeah that is my fault guys ... it is my internet conection not a FC problem). Even when i got disconected the FC always managed to finish the site and not losing a ship. So I will reiterate ... I realy dont know what u guys are talking about. Yes I also use The Ditanian fleet channel but usualy I got or Ludus fleets from TDF or VG's fleets from Risk for isk. I am happy and gratefull to both channels and ppl in that channels for helping me to make some ISK. That's all guys and fly safe

NEW BANs Global Bullets - purposely letting logi killers/known griefers into fleets with the intent to profit from pilot deaths. deaths rage - assisting global bullets its clear they have it out for me and not our channel... but again you guys are what have made me so popular :) thank you all for your continued support! <3

I've been doing incursions with Bullets for about a week now, and he's extremely careful with who he lets in, and how the group operates. He strictly follows the banlists, and he even removes people whom he suspects could be a problem. Global Bullets has been nothing but an extremely helpful and nice fellow, and I believe this he was set up. The stuff I'm saying isn't much, but he has character- a real class act, and I honestly believe that he was banned incorrectly. All I ask, is proof, or a name.

I added EVERYONE except for the third party mom killers.. Now with this patch.. (if you havent read the notes i suggest doing so here @ http://www.eveonline.com/updates/patchnotes.asp paying close attention to the last part with the agression timers change).. Now with this patch ive decided that that the "others" section can now come off the banlist as its safer for our logis to run their checks.. you understand "others" doesnt state "GANKERS or PIRATES or any of the like" thus i dont know why they are banned and feel its unfair to keep them banned with no reason.. confusing? its clearer put like this.. I may have worded it wrong in my message of the day.. I have cleared some bans off of our list because the others section is too vague to know why they are on it as the third party killers have no right to be banned... so now that we have safe mechanics in the game.. ive decided to start over keeping only the KNOWN can flippers and KNOWN logi killers/corp.. out.. not too mention many of them people who assisted in those kills diddnt even mean too they where either unknowingly making aggro, or simply diddnt understand what could happen if they where at war... now seeing how i have been treated it makes me second guess 80% of the people on that banlist...

You supposedly had to pay for them? musta came from your own channel as why would you pay for their loss out of my channel.. and number 2. where is proof they where ever in my fleet? ask them to provide the FLEET CHAT LOGS.. This matter has not yet been settled.. An attempt was made to find out what exactly has the cause was for my corp and myself being added to the banlist.. Its still a bit dodgy but i Have got to admit i have made some mistakes, and can see with what information has been givin that there are some things I must state and appologize for.. #1. My lack of keeping up with the banlist in risk for isk.. After going through my chat logs, ive seen there was a deal of people who i should have noticed where RED and RED for good reason.. Hell i was even talking with them and diddnt realize it.. #2. Rather than awaiting for a convo with said Runners of this Banlist, I jumped to conclusions, instantly tried to defend myself and my corp, and made accusation against others that where also FALSE. - There is no big diplomatic plot. #3. I have been trying to do too many things completely by myself. (Bitten off more than i can chew) I must now accept the fact that i need help from others. I can not do all of these things alone, as i will overlook somethings, and some of those things are too important too overlook. These 3 things are most important this is why i have expressed them.. How I or my corp mates get the reputation of doing these things on purpose for profit im still very unsure about, as these things where never brought to my attention to correct the manner.. What has been said and i quote. "450M place everyone on our banlist back on your banlist, and remove dek kiel from your corp" and i will send mails about your unbanning.. I have nothing to hide nor have i ever had something to hide. however i feel like this is blackmail.. or simply put they are acting like pirates.. what i do in my channel is none of their business.. how dare they say i do criminal things in high sec to gain profits.. maybee i messed up on the banlists, but i diddnt follow their rules is exactly what he said to me and now to get this bad repp off of my name i have to pay them and foloow their rules in MY OWN CHANNEL? WTF this is ludacris the nerve!!! you all see it with your own eyes.. the lack of dicipline and experiance of their pilots will cause YOU to have a BAD REPUTATION.. diddnt you guys ever tell your men how to not catch aggroo.. i think your missing the point here felleas.. the point is no longer you men got killed.. now its why and how..
