The new client loses my bookmark folders every time I relog. I come back and all the folders are gone. I still have the bookmarks, but they are all just sitting there with no folders. I use a lot of bookmarks, and this is really annoying.
Anyone else have this problem?

I'm experiencing the same thing since the last patch. Every time I recreate the folders, they go away the next time I log out/in. And yes. This is *very* annoying. Unban Lord Zap and Reverend |

Edited by: FileCop AI on 20/09/2003 20:51:00 Well, had that problem the first two times. Gone now, but what is REALLY annoying for me, is that the bookmarks sort RANDOMLY now. Each time you jump into a new system, dock or something they sort in a different way. This is a pain in the *rse when you have a safe spot or something you need to warp to quickly.
The same problem is in "members" in the corp "window". Before patch they were sorted alphabetically. Now they sort random as well. Very to find a certain player in a corp with 100+ members.
So now I'm wondering - why the h*ck did they REMOVE a nice feature like this? Don't tell me sorting is some sort of exploit.

Same here. Lost all folders (a pain when having about a 100 bookmarks). Tried to recreate but they were gone when I relogged. Help would be appreciated.

a workaround the bookmark problem :
sort your bookmarks in folders , then esc and goto login screen (!) . from there either login again , but i suggest closing the client and opening again . walla , your bookmarks stay in their folders. -------------------------

The login button method does not work for me. Neither does clearing the cache or a fresh install of Eve with the full client download :(
Anybody have any more workarounds for me to try? |

Same problem here.. but i don't tested the loginscreen-method but sounds good because sometimes it saved the folders.

I find folders REALLY screw with the sorting of the bookmarks. no folders = correct columns folders = screwed up columns in folders making the text very unreadable. Your Anode Light Neutron Particle Cannon I perfectly strikes Serpentis Smuggler, wrecking for 218.0 damage.

Edited by: DarKRealm on 23/09/2003 16:36:11 Edited by: DarKRealm on 23/09/2003 16:35:20 yep i tested the loginscreen method.. and the folders works now but now i can't read the bookmarks. But if you make a double click on it, a new window appears now you can read the bookmarks in the new window.. i hope this problem will be fixed after the next patch..
