Any skill-selling station in Minmatar space, probably.

Edited by: Myiesha on 27/04/2006 13:55:58 I belive you can go to Map, and adjust the displays to show the different factions. Then look up a 1.0 ish station so you know your not heading out to low sec. :) Considering the number of support skills it takes, you should figure out where you can buy it long before you can train it.

Tyhme,
I have not actually looked for this specific book, but I've found that the starting schools sell 99% of the books out there. In being a newb, they sell 100% of the books I need, with the rare books being ones that I don't need yet.
For minmatar, I know for sure that ammold and hulm are 2 of the 3 starting systems. Not sure what the 3rd one is(pator?). But hulm is very close to rens, so that is easily reachable and safe.

Check the market for skills and view the details, thats the best way to find anyhting your looking for.
Be warned iirc frieghter skill book is about 100mil, i'm guessing you might not have that much? ----- Geotech is recruiting! |

Firstly, you can find it using the market, and i'm afraid if you don't know how to do this, your definatly not going to be able to afford the billion isk needed for the ship itself. You should try using normal industrial ships.
