If I create a suicide alt and gang with them, does Concord gank me as well when my alt fires on someone since I am in the same gang? If not, does it allow me to then fire on that person since they should now have a 15 minute aggro timer to anyone in the gang?

No. Concord wont kill you in the gang that you and your suicide alt is in. If your alt does the naughty thing, Concord will only gank your alt.
If you aid your alt in naughty things, doing the killing OR helping him to do killing (e.g. sensor boosting your alt, sheild/armour repairing him) then Concord will kill you both for being naughty.

If you're alt attacks someone in empire concord only ganks them, they and only they have a 15 minute aggro timer, the gang get no rights to fire at that person.

Ok Thanks.
I was hoping to find a way to gank Macro miners. My alt isn't anywhere near powerful enough to do it alone before Concord butts in and I don't want to lose all that training time just to get him up to scratch. I don't want the sec hit for ganking someone who's taking away all the ore from my local belts to sell on Ebay. If you steal their ore, they don't fire at you so you can never get them that way and they never leave enough in the can to make it a deterrant to just keep stealing it.

Easy peasy..
- Make a seperate corp with your alt. - Have him declare war on your main's corp. - Have your alt go out in a Retriever telling sweatshop workers you're there to help them mine, gang invite them until they accept. - Warp in your main and gank them.

if you're lucky sometimes you can rename the can and place another with the original name and they'll put ore into your can
dunno exactly how this is done but I've heard of it working.

Last suggestion is using the game mechanics for something they weren't meant for...ergo...exploit.
Jeez..How can you justify it..it's plain and simple cheating(as is macro-mining)...as your main and alt are not exactly going to fight each other are they.
If you think this is an acceptable use of the game and mechanics then I guess you're just sad..
Hell..we all want to hurt macro-miners but for God's sake try and use something that doesn't border on being an exploit.

Its no different from can swapping and having them flag themselves. They even get a popup box clearly stating it makes you a target to any corporation they're at war with.
Just because someone is stupid does not make it an exploit.
Dark Sea - yes you can podkill them for no sec loss. But you have to pay attention to their status at all times to make sure they're still ganged.
And this idea isn't new, its been done to death for the last few months and I don't know of anyone who received as much as a caution from the GMs. If you have facts that prove otherwise, I stand corrected.

I mined with someone else, they jetted a can and I tried to put some ore in and it wouldn't let me. Something along the lines of, 'You cannot put items into a can that doesn't belong to you'. I had to gang with them before I could do it.
It's not an ok button message so a macro could get confused by it and not actually empty the hold, either already having done the drag and drop bit or keeps doing it unsuccessfully so the lasers switch off with a full hold on the next cycle. That's if they haven't already coded around it to make it drop another can.

Macros do not accept convo invitations Using an alt to spy/steal from an enemy corporation is part of the game I have no trouble putting things into other (non-corp) character's cans. With a +10 standing I can even take things out without giving an aggro-timer.

I personally love macro miners. I sit there and steal all their ore all day long letting them mine for me. If they try anyting I blow them up. Works quite well actually.

Actually ran an experiment last night in Kisogo. I managed to jump once away from the scene of me taking a potshot at a Bulletin board. I was lining up for the next jump <I mistakenly took my time since the coast was clear> when Concord got me. I am curious though if concord could see through a cloaked ship. It would be interesting to take a Covert Ops or Stealth bomber and do a strafing run on a ship and see if you can cloak/jump to safety.
