I do not think that instas will just be removed, they will be replaced by something else, but CCP can not decide what to replace them with.

I think you are being over ambitious in what you are trying to achieve. Have you considered droping Ship Fit and Eve Map, to concentrate on ECM. ECM is the bit that is most useful IMHO

Mining in a frigate is a waste of time, do level 1 missions instead. Mining solo in a cruiser is also a waste of time, do level 2 missions instead. Group mining in Osprey cruisers is OK, if you have access to Omber or Kernite.
