Just got my first lvl 3 agent, is it always a 15 minute waiting time between missions for them?

I just started lvl 3 today also, it seems that there is, it sucks ass for insta missions. I get bored and come post here.

Ya, correct, 15 min. Bribe delay seems to be 30min?
Mind you, I touch base with a nearby level 2 during this time. I don't have many Lvl 3 agents, so getting firm with the Lvl 2s is necessary. I have to wait anyway...

How many missions did it took you guys to get level 3 agent?
So far i completet 48 missions and failed 1 (due to VIP not droping) for my level 2 agnet and he did not refer me to any agents.
Is this normal?

Took me 70 missions with 2 failures(due to bugs) to get my first level 3

64 suceeded and 3 failed i think

63 missions (with 1 failure due to VIP's not dropping) for first lvl 3 agent. Got two more in next 15 missions for same lvl 2 agent

Why did u continue doing missions for a lvl2 agaent when u had a lv3? U have a limited amount of missions u can do in a certain time?

yea, plus a lev 2 with 50+ completed will start spittign out more lev 3s

If you have multiple level 3 agents, are they all affected by the 1 mission per 15 minute limit, or can you do a mission for each in the time frame?

Timers are for the individual agent, so if you have multiple level 3 agents you can run multiple level 3 missions.
