Tickets will be limited to 400 at 25 million per ticket.

CCP specifically do not protect against scams like this, which is why people are wary of such high value lotteries from previously-unknown people. All they will do is close the thread and warn future investors.

My mistake for not reading fine print. 
I still can't believe how fast someone gets jumped on for trying to create a Lottery.
Obviously from link provided I have the ship and gear in question. There is no scam here !!!

Traditionally prizes are worth less than all the tickets combined. Thats why its a lottery, not a sale. Also it discourages people buying up all the tickets.

yes I will refund if I don't sell enough tickets , I am removing that from original post. I put it there to discourage people from buying on a whim only to ask for money back. More to save myself a headache than anything , but it appears to have caused way too much grief. |

chicken and the egg really how are u gonna get to be better known wihtout people taking a tiny risk and posibly gaining alot for small cost.
