Ok, I'll bite.
Richard Braithwaite - Last Ninja 2 (Central Park Guitar Remix)
It's been one of my favourite song for about 20 years, and this remix is just beautiful. Nothing wrong with a bit of retro goodness from time to time every day.
Also, the 6581 version. WARNING: This video contains dancing nerds, which some people may find cringe-worthy. |

I find myself in a rather odd mood right now thanks to Ikons - Slow Light.
Had it on a USB stick what feels like a lifetime ago and listened to it while driving alone through a mostly industrial area of a city in the middle of the night, and that was a beautiful combo. Music has a way to take you places, and then take you back to them when you hear it again years later. Nostalgia ftw. |

Today I'm chillin' with various oldschool stuff, and it seems mod.Mr.Young Theme has been looping for almost an hour now. Don't really notice the passage of time when the songs never start over from the beginning... |

Just remembered that mind.in.a.box released their new album Revelations the other day. Haven't had time to listen to it more than once so far but it's pretty darn good already (it usually takes me a while to really get the feel for their stuff). Worth every penny. |

In an effort to rescue this thread from the brink of oblivion I present today's electro listening: Emmon.
Sadly much of her stuff is missing from the 'tube, but here's a few notable examples: Secrets & Lies, Basexpressen and the wonderfully laserdancey Frenzy Eyes.
Not the kind of stuff I play when other people are around, but personally I love it. |

Aphex Twin isn't quite my cup of tea, though a few songs are ok. But that video... Disturbing would be one word, but nightmare fuel might be better.... |

Good stuff for a slow day. :)
I've always liked Genesis/Phil Collins, though for some reason I always come to think of American Psycho...
And Portishead - Roads is a fantastic song, no arguing there. Nice to just kick back, close your eyes and space out. |

What am I listening to today? Is it weird noises from an archaic computer that will make your ears bleed?
Why yes it is! It's Turbocharge! |

Been a while since I posted here... Still in my electro/retro style though, so I give you Walker (Amiga game)
edit: still can't get over the LN2 L1 bassline though. it's been "haunting" me (in a good way) for 20-odd years and it never gets old. Halp! (or not) (the intro is even meatier) |

The Hotline Miami soundtrack has been firmly stuck in my head for the last couple of days, and right now I'm listening to Perturbator - Miami Disco. (also, check out songs like Hydrogen, Knock Knock and Miami.) |

It's my personal mission to educate you lot, so here's Boards of Canada - Roygbiv. C64 style.
As always, quality could be better. Turns out sawtooth waves don't compress well to cosines... Truly, you have a dizzying intellect. |

Been listening to the new THYX album pretty much non-stop since Tuesday. I want to marry Stefan Poiss and have his babies. Truly, you have a dizzying intellect. |

Had a friend pull me out of a serious SID binge (several weeks), and got me listening to Eisbrecher instead. NDH tends to get my attention, and she knows it. :) Currently listening to Ein Leben lang unsterblich. Bit soft, but still good. Truly, you have a dizzying intellect. |

The return of a God, that's what. (in case He's true to His word and the track is removed, here's a (slightly shorter) substitute)
I can't even begin to describe how epic this is, so I won't try.
Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.

Been listening to Stars Crusaders for a while, there's something about that italo sound that's both awfully catchy and just plain awful.
Tracks of note: Aeterna, In the Venusberg and the outro Uchronia. Having a track like Uchronia on while, say, cruising at mach 5 at 30+km at night in KSP is quite a feeling.
Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.

Really enjoying mind.in.a.box's new album Memories, and I've had Travel Guide on repeat (as I'm wont to do), dreaming up scenes where it'd make for a good soundtrack (also something I do). Hardly a secret that I like miab/THYX by now, but there it is.
Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.
