Meh. The gatecamps I've seen are just total n00bs in large groups, trying to feel powerful by overpowering and taking out enemies who have no chance of even fighting back. REAL Pirating can be fun, gatecamping is generally just a bore. A profitable one, I'd imagine (never having done it), but the act of losers.

I never camped a gate yet as I can't really do it, but call me loser while your cargo is going into my cargo hold. I can live with that.

Real pirating eh? Like sailing into target ship with gang and shout yarr while you rappel yourself on the deck? Then fight with swords and shout another yarr?
Dunno what youŠve seen but if you want to see real gatecamp with real pirates go to syndicate. Im sure TDG will help you there. --------
As you can see, i pwned Kieron for iskies. |

'Real pirating' is what then exactly?
Spending three hours scanning empty belts before finding a defenseless miner to pop and loot 20k of ore?
All the hate for 'gatecampers' yet combat around gates is 95%+ of PvP.
