what are the pro's and cons for each ship and best loadout.
I have been in fleet actions but want to solo some and can use most t2 mods.

There is no pros to using a solo scorp, it sucks, and hi rex long time no see.

No pros? I've managed to solo and pop quite a few battleships piloted by players with that had a large age/SP advantage over me using an ECM Scorp.
Any ship thats able to do that could hardly be defined as a 'no pros' ship.

raven and domi are the solo pwn-mobile bs (and subsugently some of the worst for fleet pvp).
So if your caldari I would go with the raven, tho an ecm scorp still can get the job done though will need more time.

Raven is a decent solo pwnmobile if fit right
firs tthings first cruise missiles cruise missiles CRUISE MISSILES
and cap injection shield tank... because i swear to god if i see a NPC raven with cruise missiles trying to solo pvp i'll laugh my ass off
secondly lows should consist of ALOT of BCU's like 3 any more and its useless other 2 slots should be umm WCS's

Cruise Raven definately, Siege Raven just isnt versatile enough against a variety of targets.
Scorp is alright, but the dmg sucks, but it can engage multiple targets more efficiently (ie jam them).

in 1v1 and pirating armor tanking scorpion works for me
